As part of the normal tracking of our application, recall and offer decision statistics throughout the hiring season, our lawyer recruitment team monitors our diversity statistics in real time. In the months leading up to interviews and on-campus hiring, we sponsor programs for more than 30 law student advocacy groups in nearly two dozen law schools.

Our lawyers connect with students prior to interview and hiring season, and maintain visibility on campus. Our interactions range from formal interactions such as panel discussions, job fairs and resume writing workshops and careers in our offices to informal interactions, including dinners and lunches at Skadden.
