The term “piping company”, when used in this subheading, includes any corporation, partnership, association, public limited company or association, partnership or person, its lessee, trustee or beneficiary, appointed by a court, and the supply of liquid, vapour or air through pipes or pipes to consumers for use or lighting, heating or cooling or for power supply.
